Oral Sessions

Presentation time

  • Plenary Lectures: 45 min. in total (35-min talk and 10-min discussion)
  • Keynote Lectures: 35 min. in total (30-min talk and 5-min discussion)
  • Invited Lectures: 25 min. in total (20-min talk and 5-min discussion)
  • Oral presentations: 15 min. in total (10-min talk and 5-min discussion)

    • The oral session rooms are equipped with liquid crystal projectors. HDMI and VGA cables are available for presenting with your own computer. Please bring any necessary adapters. Before the session, please check the connection of your computer to the projector. A WINDOWS computer with USB connection is also prepared in each room. PowerPoint and PDF files are presented by the computer.

    Poster Session (November 13)

    The presentation time is divided into two frames

    • 17:20-18:20: All presenters are requested to stand by their own poster.
    • 8:20-18:50: Free discussion

    Poster presenters are required to put their posters in place by November 13 (Wed) 17:00 and remove your poster on time when the session is over.
    Poster boards are available after November 13 (Wed), 13:00.
    The size of the panel for poster presentation is 90 cm (width) x 180 cm (height).
    Pins or thumbtacks are available at the session site.
