*There are many restaurants around the venue, but during the lunch hour they will be crowded, so we will make reservations.
*The 3,000JPY is a fixed total price for lunch over all three days (there is no discount if you only have lunch on one or two days).
* Lunch will be served at a nearby restaurant (about a 5 min walk from the venue - we will go to a different restaurant each day).
* Lunch tickets will not be sold at the conference venue.
* Please select the dates you require lunch.
Confirmation
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to secretariat to avoid any trouble.
Registration cancellation policy
On or Before Sep. 30 : 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From Oct. 1 to Nov. 5 : 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
On or After Nov. 6: the registration fee will not be refunded (No refund).
